Open Letter to the Geoengineering twats

A tsunami of emails and flames arrived to me this morning… after my breaking the story of the Geoengineering Asilomar Conference participants discussing How to bring about Nuclear Winter to intentionally poison all of us and yet cool the planet…

Smart people are these Geoengiuneeers…

And they certainly write plenty of emails to me. Most all of these emails were sent in hate & haste, but still three major points emerged from the majority of the ”raving” rants.

The majority of rantings came from concerned Asilomar conference participants, other Geo-engineers, nerds, geeks, and assorted crackpots claiming that my Ad Hominem attack on them in my previous blog post was unjustified and unwarranted?

And certainly their sex life [no matter how unfulfilled] should never have been brought into it?

Lastly they ask me jokingly, if am a qualified psychiatrist or Doctor, to be able to detect signs of dementia or drug abuse and crack pot smoking, in the Asilomar participants?

Well – let me answer – these three in the order received:

Ad Hominem attacks are reserved for humanoids.  No names were mentioned in the last post. That however will change. Name and Shame is a good tactic of the Climate sceptics and deniers amongst you. So we will adopt it too in equal measure for justice. If this is not common in the scientific world as you say, in the political and social sphere is the norm. Although backstabbing is an art form developed into science within the Academia; as I recall.

You wanna mix it up with polluting our atmosphere?

Fine – You’ll be outed.

So,  get used to it.

Ahhh and remember: If you don’t like the heat, get the fuck out of my kitchen.

And if contemplating the nuking of the atmosphere and therefore, my kitchen is not personal enough – Let me tell you – I’ll make it personal.

Now on the second concern: Your sex Life and why was it brought into it?

Well besides the fact that the Geeks in question – playing God at Asilomar – ain’t got a sex life…

What was the question again? Ahhh remember now.

Freud recalled that all psychotic episodes could be traced back to the primal libidinal unfulfilled sex issues.  So this one question; please take up with your Mommy or your Daddy. Up to you entirely. My suggestion: Find the one parent who has the bigger stick…

So to beat you over the head better with.

And lastly on the issue of my theorizing that you all get together and hit the Crack pipe in the restrooms; It’s not theorizing. Stating the facts is more like it.

Well… besides witnessing massive drug use and abuse in the Asilomar conference;  I ought to remind You that ”Crack” is smoked by the Geoengineers to such an extent that some are even named after it:

Like the venerable Dr MacCracken of the Crackpotz Climate Institute: Michael MacCracken has been Chief Scientist for Climate Change Programs with the Climate Institute in Washington DC since 2002;  and he was also elected to its Board of Directors in 2006.  Following his graduate work, he joined the Physics Department of the University of California’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) as an atmospheric nuclear physicist. His research in the ensuing 25 years included numerical modeling of various causes of climate change (including study of the potential climatic effects of greenhouse gases, volcanic aerosols, land-cover change, and nuclear war).

These are the people who studied and weaponized ways and means, to initiate and then survive nuclear war with the smallest population available and an atmosphere from Hell. Living in caves and underground bunkers for eternity… A Livermore twat is a lowly life form and the  MacCrackens ought to be made aware that it is personal from now on…

Maybe we can turn the Tea Partiers on to them?

What says You?

An unholy alliance but then in Love and War all is …. fair game.

Mike MacCracken is your leader and as the name of the organizer of the organizational committee of the Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies, suggests…

If the shoe fits, wear it.

Michael MacCracken, Chair of the SOC, and Chief Scientist for Climate Change Programs of the Climate Institute,  900 17th Street, Suite 700 (with Heinz Center) Washington DC 20006. EMAIL: mmaccracken@comcast.net

And then there is Linda… and her son that have the Climos geoengineering company and Linda is the Co-organizer of the ASILOMAR conference. Linda and her son and their company and her institute – all are living off subsidies from the federal government. Subsidies for Plan B.

Well –  just get mac-cracking out a here all of you freaking crackpots, before I sic the dogs on your sorry asses.

Ah and about the transparency issue: It was a hell of a time for me to get inside the conference – and once inside – was watched like the Antichrist…

As for the public results for transparency’s sake, press releases [keep looking] or the list of participants [doesn't exist] and supporters and proceedings [aren't published]…                                                                                                                            Don’t wait up for it.  It doesn’t exist.  Never happened. This conference  was all done up in secret and we all get stiched up.

See above – blame it on the crack… again – or is it, that  MacCracken rules apply.

My take away message is that the Nuclear lobby is getting desperate, and with the new Obama-Medvedev traty limiting Nuclear weapons by another third after the Star Treaty negotiations rounds over the last 37 years, the nuke heads want to now dump their wares in the atmosphere…

Without an obvious enemy to nuke on site… All the Crackpots, Dr Strangeloves and other unemployable and fairly useless Nuclear war scientists, are trying to create a false need for their services and wealthy jobs for their future.

IMHO it’s desperate cry for help. They sorely need retraining and reintroduction into society for themselves and others, in that they are dangerous to family, friends and society at large.  Please keep all sharp objects  away from them.  Do not trust with scissors… nor shoelaces.

As an example you can see Oppenheimer’s state of mind from the notes on him, kept by the Harley Street psychiatrist from whom he had to receive therapy for several years. And that was because He had tried to kill his professor…  repeatedly and also attempted to poison him.  With such a killing lust, is it any wonder, he was the father of the Atom Bomb project?  Ponder that for a moment.

As for the remaining Geoengineers who didn’t manage to send me their missives yet – please don’t – relax.  There is always tomorrow…

The good Doctor in me advises:  Take a hefty dose of  Thorazine and lie down for an hour.

But not everything in the tsunami of emails received today, was nasty, depraved and mean. There was beauty to be gleaned too….

Ah, and an occasional Rave arrived, and it is to be treasured. The best one is here:

It came from the father of the Environmental Movement and in essence said: ”Soldier on my man – it’s an honour to stand with You”

Thanks

PS:

Bellow is the letter sent to the conference funders, organizers and known participants and assorted MacCrackens;  by many concerned environmental organizations, clear headed scientists, real people who abstain from pscycho drugs and yours truly.

Open Letter to the Climate Response Fund and the Scientific Organizing Committee

RE: Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies: March 22-26, 2010

As civil society organizations and social movements working to find constructive solutions to climate change, we want to express our deep concerns with the upcoming privately organized meeting on geoengineering in Asilomar, California. Its stated aim, which is to «develop a set of voluntary guidelines, or best practices, for the least harmful and lowest risk conduct of research and testing of proposed climate intervention and geoengineering technologies,» is moving us down the wrong road too soon and without any speed limit.

Geoengineering refers to the large-scale technological manipulation of the climate and related systems through techniques such as putting sulphate aerosols in the stratosphere, fertilizing the ocean, and whitening the clouds. The priority at this time is not to sort out the conditions under which this experimentation might take place but, rather, whether or not the community of nations and peoples believes that geoengineering is technically, legally, socially, environmentally and economically acceptable.

Without any international consensus as to whether geoengineering is an acceptable intervention in natural systems, the Climate Response Fund and its Scientific Organizing Committee’s discussion about «voluntary guidelines» is nonsensical. The Conference organizers — almost exclusively white male scientists from industrialized countries — are presuming that they have the experience, wisdom and legitimacy to determine who should or should not be invited into this conversation.

There are many scenarios where geoengineering experiments with cross-border impacts would violate existing treaties (the 1978 Environmental Modification Convention or ENMOD Treaty, amongst others).  The establishment of «voluntary guidelines» by an informal group meeting in Asilomar could undermine local, national, or international laws, as well as compromise strategies for mitigation and adaptation. Moreover, the history of voluntary guidelines is that companies simply do not follow them. Not only will the scientists involved in this enterprise be giving their blessing to dangerous geoengineering technologies, they have no authority to force corporations or governments to comply.

The issue of large-scale geoengineering experimentation and its impact is not about technical peer-review. It is about no less than rights, responsibilities and the future of the planet. This public debate must, at the very least, include the peoples and countries that are most vulnerable and likely to be affected by geoengineering, not only those who stand to gain. Such a discussion cannot happen without the participation of the full membership of the United Nations. Determining guidelines for geoengineering research and testing in the absence of that debate is premature and irresponsible.

Clearly, the lack of transparency and conflict of interest in the organization of the Conference leaves serious doubt about who is setting the agenda and whose interests are being served.  In the few materials that have been published [1], it is stated that (unnamed) donors, the Climate Response Fund, and the Climate Institute have no «financial interest in the particulars of the technologies or the guidelines that are being developed.» Yet these organizations have publicly welcomed private sector input and money, including support from fossil fuel interests and car manufacturers. Finally, despite the fact that a list of the funders and details for the Conference was promised for 1 January 2010, the names have yet to be disclosed, even after the end of the conference.

It is vital that the international debate about geoengineering not be left in the hands of those with a self-interest in its facilitation, pursuit and profit. And certainly it should not be limited to the nuclear lobby. It concerns us all and must be brought out into the open where all can participate.
