The Green Bonds Shanghai was an unequivocal success.
With China clearly on the lead of the Renewable and Clean Energy production, technology and Finance, the Green Bonds Shanghai was oversubscribed from the get go.
But the quality of the Leader participants was astounding even for this third of the Green Bond meetings around the world….
With 300 leaders in participation from all walks of government Green Energy Finance, Old and NEw Energy CEOs and leaders of the Chinese Banks and the Power and Utility industry, it became the best Government, P&U industry and Energy Finance Leadership Summit for New Energy that has ever taken place in China.
The setting of the Shanghai Expo helped as this is the biggest expo in the world and almost everyone – young and old – wanted to see.
This provided an excellent excuse for many international leaders to come experience the magical Dragon expo.
Such a glorious backdrop that along with the UK pavilion provided the best setting thus far for the Green Bonds Summit.
Now the GREEN BONDS: Ministerial Summit 2010 from the UN to the Wall Street and the World will take place in New York on the September 25th at the United Nations Headquarters:

As a sign of the Chinese pleasure and deal making facility the event organizers have received hundreds of requests from Chinese Bankers and Financiers and from China’s Sovereign Fund to participate in the upcoming GREEN BONDS: Ministerial Summit 2010 from United Nations to Wall Street and the world on September 25th in New York.
Many of these people have been accepted and will grace the halls of the Un with other world leaders this September during Ministerial week when we discuss the Millennium Development Goals and the future of our Climate, warming planet and polluted Atmospheric Commons.
