The US Government, Mr Stern and his team of arteriosclerotic climate negotiators, and Ms Clinton in particular, want to mess things up again.
They just had a hissy fit in Tianjin, about wanting to manage the global Climate funds right back in Washington…
They actively undermine the global goodwill in Tianjin China by wanting to repatriate the Climate Funds and denominate them in US dollars and depositing them in the vaults of Washington DC based World Bank.
Seems like a dishonest trick of not wanting to offer nothing to the world…
And simply attempting to pull a magic trick of street level jockeying three card stud in front of all the world’s delegations heading for Cancun and COP16.
Only now they want to do so in a grand fashion as prelude to causing a complete failure in the Conference of the Parties – COP16 of Mexico
The grand Dame of Willie Billy and female Vezir in waiting, wants the climate-trashing World Bank to take control of the Global Climate Fund.
This is not only stupid but criminal.
Hillary is a smart woman, how can she expect the world to fall for this?
The Climate fund in question is a pot into which all developed countries like Japan, Germany, UK, EU and the US and all those in the European Union should deposit money to help developing countries adapt, mitigate and generally tackle the impacts of a warming planet and rampant climate change.
Who devises the fund, manages the money and decides how it is allocated is the centre of discussion here in Tianjin. And this is causing big arguments at this month’s UN climate change negotiations in China.
Nobody in their right mind wants the retrograde Zoellick and his cronies to touch People’s Funds for Climate. Never mind managing these funds by the climate polluters of the World Bank.
Yet the US insists to hand responsibility of this fund to the World Bank polluters, urgently.
World Bank hasn’t been a responsible steward of the Earth when it was easy to do so. They came to the cross roads time and again and always chose to take the dirty road lined with cola kickbacks. The dirty road of coal energy and low ethics, pocketing the proceeds from treating the climate and Atmosphere like an open sewer.
Now they are to be transformed into ersatz saviours ?
How?
By osmosis?
The World Bank that has invested more money in dirty coal power plants, than any other institution on earth.
The very same World Bank run by Chenney’s bush appointee Zoellick who has chosen to invest in more Coal power generation across the globe, even this year, than ever before in history.
Talk about putting the thief in charge of the people’s wallet.
The very same bank that causes Climate Change and warms up the planet with it’s coal factories’ CO2 emissions wants to be the pious steward of our Climate adaptation and Mitigation funds….
The world will not stand for this criminal action.
Climate criminals should be tried and put away into the most suffering places of this earth to do community work….
The US must take responsibility for real climate action.
The State Department ought to act on climate and drop its World Bank climate domination plans…
