Where is the path to heaven?
We know where it might be… or not.
Because it doesn’t lie down in flat miles.
No asphalt highway.
No stairways to heaven.
It doesn’t involve ladders and snakes…
No tourist paradise.
No ticket to fly.
Can’t really buy the entrance fee.
You can’t see the signs for it.
It’s not even a road you know.
If you don’t know where to look.
Look inwards.
Look in your imagination.
This is the free faculty with which you perceive this world.
And here are the gestures with which you honor it:
They are called Compassion, Goodness, Beauty, Health and Happiness.
These are your signposts.
