Worst ever carbon emissions leave climate on the brink of intense global warming well above four degrees Celcius.
Greenhouse gas emissions increased by a record amount last year, and reached to the highest carbon output in history.
This unforeseen CO2 emissions massive growth is putting all hopes of holding global warming to ”safe level” of 2 degrees warming out of reach.
The information comes from the energy emission estimates of the International Energy Commission.
